Microaggressions can undermine inclusivity. This course helps students recognise and respond to microaggressions, creating a more respectful campus culture.
This course is designed to help students understand the impact of microaggressions and how they can contribute to a more inclusive, respectful environment by avoiding them.
Students will learn what microaggressions are, how they manifest in everyday interactions, and the subtle yet harmful effects they can have on individuals and communities.
“We’re blown away by the evaluation – 100% of students agreed that the daily learning was really easy, and 94% remembered useful takeaways.” – Claire Bell, Head of EDI, NTU
By instilling awareness and promoting proactive behaviours, this course embeds a more understanding and supportive university culture.
