Awareness is key. This course empowers students to recognise signs of radicalisation and know where to find support if they or their peers are at risk.
This course equips students to recognise and respond to risks associated with radicalisation, aligning with Ofsted requirements for student safety.
Students will learn how radicalisation can affect individuals in various ways, particularly those who may be emotionally vulnerable, and understand how extremist groups exploit these vulnerabilities.
“Peer-to-peer is the most successful way to get these messages across – part of why we’re so excited to partner with GoodCourse.” – Prof Louise Mullany, Professor in Sociolinguistics, University of Nottingham
Through clear definitions, practical examples, and interactive quizzes, the course deepens understanding of how to identify warning signs, who may be at risk, and where to seek support.
Students will become prepared to contribute to a safe, supportive campus environment through completing the course.
